The Co-op, inside activities today

A little late this morning.  Watching new weather it seems we have a slight storm on the way in  (well, actually a category 1 hurricane) and though we have 10 palm trees to strap ourselves to, I think we should focus on indoor fun today.

We’ll be focused today to seal up Willie & Nancy’s coach roof.  We got in their new condensation pump discharge roof AC…. no dripping water on the outside of the coach.  We hope to install that today.  We’ll start building wall panels… remember custom construction entails (cut… fit…. finish then install 1 panel at a time.  We will be doing all function save the last installation because that must be done after the vacuum form panels come back.  But we can continue progress until then…. plenty of stuff to do.  Stay tuned to watch how we build wall panels……

Too bad in that I had Larry packed up for an early run Vacuum Form Transport 2 to our vacuum form folks with our panels  Vacuum Form Transport 1  Watching the news a gator was found hunkering down from the rising water under a car near where we were going.   Now I DO feel pretty lucky but why push it!

We have the roof job cleared and now  Roof repaint 12 inside we can put it back together.  We’ve been letting the red base cure up so we can pull off it’s shroud, finish laying out the stripes and get the black on in that we won’t be able to go outside Bill Layout 7  Before the rain hits, Ray has to get the 40’er back in the booth  Co-op-limo-4  This limo was sideswiped…. what a mess but hey, this is a “money maker” and it needs to get back on the road.

More inside sports, we’ve decided the Electromotive Tec2 FI system has to go and we’ll be pulling it out today too.

So lets talk about this…. why take a sequential direct port fuel injection system out?  I’m glad you asked so strap in and I’ll tell ya.

Lemme talk about this later…. I need to hit the shop…. talk to ya then…..
