The Co-op, Revcon goes home

Wow, when this thing came in I gave it 50/50!  2 wheeler 2

An early Revcon with only 2 rear wheels but sporting our Toro drive train!  The feeling was we could work on it…. bad brakes, the motor was pretty flat and well, it needed to be decided if money should be put into it at all! The guys started in and other than the totally obsolete parts we were able to get the beast up  running AND stopping!!!!  Amazing!  2 wheeler 4 Good thing they made it in… both lower control arms were cracked 2 wheeler 8  New parts and welding…. all new brakes with a high dollar master cylinder…. installing an HEI distributer tossing the points one out, new plugs, wires, yada yada and it’s ready to go home today  2 wheeler 10  Not restoring it to it’s former glory, it’s going to do duty as a tired but still proud example of a classic machine 2 wheeler 11

So may the wind be at your back and the sun out of your face…. fair will there ole Revcon…….

In other news, new carpet is going into the Explorer diesel  5.26.17 morning 2  We’re attempting a little more insulation then this carpet and pad goes down… stay tuned.
