The Co-op, Another year older… (updated)

Wow, thanks and I DID have a great birthday!  My cell phone went dead…. out of my routine but take it from me I didn’t see a GMC for 2 whole days!  I did keep in touch by burning my phone battery down so it will be another couple of hours before I’m back in touch and I have a guy waiting for me over at the Red Roof to spend a day with us… learning about GMC’s and maybe picking up one… we’ll see.  I’ll be busy filling him with “101’s” so I’ll be back with pics and all tomorrow.  Rock the Alps is under reassembly along with Ruby from the UK.  Both inside now, they used to be room mates over in paint, now they are in the big house… stay tuned.

OK, I’ve got 2% in the phone so I’m off to pickup the guy for today.  If you’re looking to buy one of these, fly into Orlando and stay a day or so with us…. you need to know before you buy…..

OK, see ya tomorrow and really, thanks for the visit.  Our daily reader numbers have been thru the roof recently along with new members on Patreon, thanks for all that support.  See ya tomorrow….

WAIT, breakfast over and I still have a little time!

I WAS in a neat place but some things follow me… like folks with problems on the cell phone.  Janie snapped a shot of me before checking out the gardens while I talked  3.28.17 morning 6  Yeah, check out those white, skinny legs!…

Before leaving I took a few great pics….  3.28.17 morning 10  Doing a “full mechanicals” on this recent purchase, it drove in fine but take a look at the rear shoes  3.28.17 morning 12

Just got to the rivet, the drums I think an be saved.  Nothing has been done to these brakes for a very long ime 3.28.17 morning 11

if you look at the wiped spot on the cylinder, that brake dust is stuck to he brake fluid on the wheel cylinder….. out with the old and in with all new  3.28.17 morning 9  sorry but it’s the only …..  3.28.17 morning 13  Bill’s “Fandango” serving tray/stove cover got a coat of hi solids clear when shooting “Rock the Alps” accessories…. 3.28.17 morning 8.Just had to put up another shot of our current pride and joy…….  bout have the frame and motor ready for it’s cab on one of the Ford 4wd trucks we’re restoring3.28.17 morning 3  The folks making that serpentine belt system… not March …. will be offering a 455 Olds system using a tensioner pulley… stay tuned…..

And then we have “Rock the Alps” and Ruby” inside the big house now getting put together.. you gotta stay tuned for that one!  3.28.17 morning 4  See that, gone one day and the whole place changes!

NOW, I need to get to work… thanks again for dropping by… see ya tomorrow…..
