The Co-op, Another coach comes back to the fold

I watched a Chick Fillet ad this morning… a guy syanding in a ditch in the breakroom.  The gal says he’s in a rut cause she tried a new Chicken breakfast sandwich… he thought he was in his groove eating what he liked!

guess you need to see the ad….

So my question is…. are we in a groove or a rut?  I’d like to think it a groove and I hope your life is too.   That’s the thought for the day….. whatever…

I’ve been sorta out of my “groove” lately with the winter weather.. no wanting to evoke 4 letter words from you guys up north it was 47 this morning and it won’t get below 80% humidity and 59 degrees…. brother that’s well digger cold for us … so yeah, like all the other reptiles down here I’ve been moving slow.

I did get a little progress on Nancy & Willies coach lately.  See while the guys are over there wacking work out I’m over in Nancy and Willies coach figuring out how to do things.  This is the vacuum & heat formed cabinet interior.  Getting the panel style doors & drawers in it’s not time to find a reliable plan to hang them.  The relief cuts make it a challenge with the new styled dual action hinges we now use.  We want to see no hinges …. how did we do?  white doors on 2  Usually the first panel below the sink is decorative… Willie got a wild hair he wanted a drawer there  white doors on 5  with Willie and Hans collaboration …. an engineer and an artist we did this white doors on 6  Hey, you can’t get in the way of the sink!  Here is the first look at Nancy’s galley where it looks like what it’s supposed to white doors on 1  All surfaces you see is (dark woodgrain and white) are plastic, hard as nails and easy to clean finish bonded to the wood structure for a no trim, seamless look.  Hey and a washer/drier to boot!  And they said it couldn’t be done…. heck I said that until we invested in this new finish process!  Guys it’s getting closer to the road….. stay tuned for more.

While having my fun yesterday another coach came in from the field.  Tommy T. and his wife have loved and used the heck out of their beloved GMC.  The color made it a topic for decades in Macon Ga.  but now they feel it’s ready for some updates…. This coach like a racehorse has done it’s job well, given it’s last ouce of heart and now we need to bring the ole girl back to it’s heyday…. meet the Parrot  Tom intake 3  Like I said it’s been used well… garage kept and maintained to do it’s job.  We installed a Honda EV-6010 and a Dometic Pinguine roof AV some years back when those pieces gave up….. Old rims but the tires have always stayed in date she’s # 732 off the assembly in 73…… and the color is original other than a few repairs over the years Tom intake 2 hey but it won every contest and stands before you a proud coach ready for it’s update …. follow along while the Parrot comes back to the top of the heap!

Today is Pickle day… with it’s drive train in and firday it’s getting the life support lines off and get it up and on it’s feet.  Recovery from an operation such as what it had you need to get up right away and get on the road…. stay tuned on the Pickles recovery…. And the beat goes on…. thanks for the visit, I did another video on Patreon.com on the “Motorhome Rehab Ranch” site so see that.  I appreciate everyones support, it makes all this worthwhile.  We’ll see ya tomorrow….. most probably….
