I’m late this morning after looking in my camera for pics of Bill D. exterior after it’s guide coat, block sanding and prep for it’s colors. I’ll have to get some more pics and post them later today.
Right now let me cover a few other things then come back. The morning started like the others lately… hot.
We’ve made good headway placing Nancy & Willies bath module into place and setting a spot for her washer/drier there in the foreground. This is not the first washer installed in fact we have a scratch/dent unit we use to build in the cabinet . Cleaning it up it’s ready for the fitting process
Cal’s “AOK II” spent it’s first weekend outside …. no paint fell off, a good sigh…
Show you how long this paint shop has been here…. over on the side is the puller tree That’s where Bubba & Scooter would chain the frame of a car to “yank” it straight.
We have our own puller tree with the chain grown into the tree
Wonder how many rear ends got pulled out on that tree….
So exactly what DO you do with all of those boxes of mixed up screws? I mean 18 years of folks not putting screws where thy belong… piles of nuts, washers, screws along with pile of other such stuff that has value…. if you can find it. But it’s all scattered in all of those boxes Using the tools we have… We’ve created the “screw Abyss”. When scraped and regelcoated this tank will be out hydrographics dip take but for now it will be our screw Abyss..
and inside are all of those 18 years of screws no one put away
we have a nice clean shelf with plenty of space to organize
Just a little more room to work…. I’ll have pics for you Bill later today, color is this week…
