Electrical Parts

Onan replacement PC board

Don’t fool around with that old PC board, get this new one.  Go to Onan parts and find out why and how to get one.

Boost Solenoid

Are you relying on your original boost solenoid?    Shame on you!!  This circuit should be used every time you start your motor and on that day when your chassis battery takes a dump, you will be happy you had a new one.  Only $35 and it fits exactly.

Battery isolator

When this fails, you do not charge your batteries, is that important to you— well then spike that gun and replace it before you have a problem– I know it’s scary but why not plan ahead!  A little bigger than original 2 holes line up and the unit is still small enough to fit in the original location.  $65 puts this important part in your hand.

LED readout Systems monitor retrofit

Tired of wondering if that needle on the old systems monitor is really telling you something?  Tired of walking into a pile of doodee in the bathroom floor because the holding tank was full and you washed too many dishes?    Go to Systems Monitor for more on this part.

Alternator light circuit kit

OK, this is not an option– you have to have this or else!  Your coach is at risk, at risk of melting the chassis wire harness from within.  We here at the Co-op want to help you and to that end offer this retrofit kit to repair the wire harness problem.  Read about the Alternator light circuit repair kit.  There you will find a full explanation of the wiring problem and complete instructions on how to repair it.  The parts are available at your local Radio Shack or we will send it to you for only $10.

Make it yourself or get it from us, but do it.  OK, you have been warned, don’t dry to us when we have to charge you many hundreds of dollars to repair your wiring harness when it could have been saved for only $5.  Tough words but this is important!  I hate people who use “doom & gloom” when talking about products but I’ll risk being one for this issue.  NO, a diode in line to the alternator DOES NOT bypass the circuit, you MUST bypass the issue all together and that is what I am telling you to do—- OK,OK, I’ll shut up now.

Volt meters

Man, I love electric meters.. probably because I mess with electronics a lot so here are some meters we use:

Digital-AC-meter   Digital AC volt meter  $15  this is a panel mount rectangular LED volt meter.  It’s perfect to monitor AC power in your coach.  2 wire hookup. 75-300 vac range.  Cut out 2 3/4″ wide

Digital-DC-meter  Digital DC volt meter  $15  same as the above but reading DC volts.  4.5-30 volt range cut out 1 7/8″ wide.

Digital-AC-volt-and-amp-met   Digital AC volt & amp meter $25  Yep, you can also see AC amps with this panel meter. ranges: 80-300 volts, 0-99 amps.  Cut out 2 3/4″ wide.

Digital-DC-volt-and-amp-met  Digital DC volt & amp meter  $25  You guessed it, you have a seperate DC amps reading.  Ranges: 3.5-30 volts, 0-100amps.  Cut out 1 7/8″ wide.

Digital-DC--and-flo-meter  Digital DC volt with colored flo meter  $20  For the guy who needs his information delivered in 2 different ways.  You can see at a glance if you are charging so yeah, this is pretty neat… and cheap!  range 5-30 volt digital, 10-13 volts, flo.  Cut upt 1 7/8″ wide
