James of wanderlustestate is heading out

After showing up here @ 3 months ago, finding Catalina in fact decided to experience his journey now James found he had 2 souls to sustain on the road and thus the plunge into the true full timers regalia he purchsed a GMC motorhome to travel with him.  A great travel mate IF it’s up for the trip we have been whipping his coach into shape James-9 all the time trying and shove as much information he will need with his new “estate”.

First were the B’s & B’s that’s bearings and brakes, his front bearings felt good but the rear ones were really bad  James-4  the brakes were equally aged to a fault.  He got all new brakes.  The entire fuel delivery system was renewed and set up for ethanol fuels.  That done we went on to his motor and drive train renewing plugs, wires, cap & rotor.  His carb was doing it’s thing so a new filter and it was good to go.  Air ride system was working but James & I both felt in that he would be out there on the road full time it would be a matter tof time till those original air bags would touch him so we installed the quad bag rear suspension for him.  This also gives him great countermeasures on failures on the road.  Tires were in date though 16.5″ they will serve him until more funds break loose.  A new power converter/charger means he can charge his batteries which must know that’s possible on the road.  With a little swapping og parts the fresh water system including his water heater we thought was gone woke up and he has running water.   That’s ole Troll Onan generator came right to life, Hank stripped down the carb to clean it up and installed a type 2 point system and now he can adjust the generator timing without cuss words.  Oil and filter was changed so that mother fired up and will run both of his roof AC units.. he can have a meat locker in there…

We did more than we had to do to get James and Wanderlustestate out on the road but look, he’s going to be out there showing that life out there is the way to go for him and maybe you too.  I couldn;t have him out there without everything I felt he would need.  We went farther than you need to go with reconditioning the frame with POR-15 and undercoating, body pads, some of the motor work and the interior amenities.  He would have rolled out on budget, I set his sights a little higher than that so lets see how he fairs.

James is a great guy with a wonderful story to tell.  James-12  James with his GoPro in the usual puppet position is now in the big leagues, not leaving his dream just making it a little better and he’s opening up his trials and tribulations to you.. the kleast we all can do is help him along when we can.  He along with Catalina is kicking up the volume on his motto RWS “Reduce World Suck”.  Heck I agree so the Co-op is sponsoring James and his efforts.  He’s got our computers going again and drug me into the next decade on the internet and I appreciate his efforts.

James is off to a vanner function somewhere and will be out on the road so look for him and follow his YouTube Channel “Wanderlustestate” there.  There’s so much happening right now you need to watch and get involved.

So it’s Sunday morning… REALLY my day off.  Janie and I will be taking a bike ride this morning but I need to get James on the road forst.  I’m outa here, need to get out there with the coach.  See ya later…
