ill’s roof is in color

Was too wet to shoot clear but the metallic gold roof is in color Bill-color-1  The roof is always first Bill-color-3  The coatch will be based and cleared with the top rails off to make sure when sealed that leaker is done right Bill-color-2  Looks like we have a dry day today so clear should go on… stay tuned…

We’re installing Ben F. fresh Honda EV-6010  bEN-GENERATOR-1  Out with the ole Onan Troll, strip the compartment, clean and insulate.  In that this will be a commercial vehicle the Honda water cooled generator will be installed on slides for easy servicing. bEN-GENERATOR-2We’re building an angled fixture for Nancy & Willies new floorplan  white-frig-2  This will go a long way to opening up the floor in front of the galley  white-frig-1  I feel this way using the washer should be easier.  Stay tuned for more on this one too….  Their headliner has been covered with automotive headliner materioal… we used to do that back in the 90’s…. be we learned!  Getting that glue off is next to impossible

White-headliner-6  it’a all gotta come off  White-headliner-4  Now with the material off comes getting the glue off the ABS plastic panel…. can’t douse it with laquer thinner…. White-headliner-3  The pebble finish on the cap is long gone… sanding with 80 grit gives a new texture.. is the vinyl dye will grab we’ve got it  White-headliner-2  Stay tuned…..

I blew through this morning, so much happening and I’m all over the interior work.  Looking forward to seeing that Honda generator in Ben’s coach…. with his upholstry being stitched by GrandPa….. man it’s really coming together… tomorrow i WANNA SHOW YOU THE OUTCOME ON THE COOL OVERHEAD WINE RACKS… SEE YA THEN….
