GMC shop party

Yep, as the coaches came in it looks like it will be close to a full house with Stick M. Wanderlodge backing into it’s dock 2016-shop-rally-3  As the sun went down, here was the site as we all convoyed to dinner 2016-shop-rally-1  Dinner was the usual big pile of really good food and friends having fun 2016-shop-rally-2  I see RC hiding there behind Jim G..  This morning we have heavy weather moving in, maybe a tornado….. it will be an interesting convoy to Ormond @ 1 1/2 hours ride right through it all.   Watch the nightly news for any developments….

Also heading out, Kevin is taking advantage of the bays we’ve moved out of at the old shop.  He and Hank in mechanical will be moving to the new shop in @ 90 days so now he can use the old bays to spread out the exterior refinishing operation and get out of the rain.  Here’s his next victum for a repaint Weldon-apint  The very 80’s paint held up pretty well but it’s now time for this coach to get with the new look.  Weldon-apint-2  Hey, dig our new aluminum scaffold… no more walking on old wood 2×12’s…. Stay tuned for more on this project…

For the rally, I was said I was so what the heck, I’ll sell ya a hot dog or give out advice at my drive up window and yes… I have new batteries in my “Easy Button”… My-window-3It’s also the scooter parking spot too.

OK, so it’s off to breakfast with the survivors…. talk to ya a little later…..

Do something about those plastic barrels and scaffolding held together with vise grips. Get something with some steps so Kevin doesn’t fall and kill himself. I may need him one day.
