GMC Motorhome, Ready for paint again

Before today’s festivities I have to report that yesterday’s delivery went well.  The motor with it’s new double roller timing chain and fresh carb ran awesome… an original motor with a lease on life now Pat-out-9

The rest of the coach… fresh brakes, trued tires, front steering work, an alignment, body pads and what else it was ready to go   Pat-out-2

One more handshake and Pat was off to Arkansas  Pat-out-1  You know the drill…. “half pack of cigarettes  (not), a full tank of gas… it’s dark and we’re wearing sunglasses……  we’re on a mission from God…”

……………………………………………………..

Alright Bill this is what you’ve been waiting for… where did Bills coach go?  Bill-primer-1  It was right here yesterday getting it’s final DA work….. Hmmmmm….  Oh wait, I remember, yesterday it came out of the main shop headed for it’s colors ….. all bagged up, “I’m ready for my closeup Mr. Damil…” Bill-primer-10 … and look at all the body repair just on the front hoods!Bill-primer-11  So now we move to the next phase…. from here it hits the booth, and the roof gets it’s colors  stay tuned…  Bill-primer-8

Hey, ever seen a blown up muffler  Jim-bad-muffler-3  Not really much else you can say about that and last but big time not the least….. we get out 7000sf paint ant mechanical buildings today… took what 4 months to get the paint shop out… only 2 cars and a boat left.  Oh boy… more room to put stuff!!!!

.

paint-7.1.16-2  paint-7.1.16-1  See ya tomorrow….
