GMC Motorhome: Another Co-op/ Koba motor lives

A great deal of special machining, parts and assembly go into one of our Roller cam motors.  Meet the next offering of a 455 Olds roller motor 1.8.18 morning 4 That’s Drew to the left, he doesn’t like to have his pic taken… don’t think he’s on the Post Office wall but hey, I respect that.  Drew is one of the highest regarded Olds motor builders and he’s our man when it comes to putting together one of these unique motors.    1.8.18 morning 2 We have the ambulance pushing to the door but while that’s coming true, Jared and Phillip will run the motor on our floor stand before the coach shows up early next month .  We will also be adding FiTech fuel injection so this will be a really nice project.1.9.18 morning 4Stay tuned for that install………

Instead of doing the steer column lowering kit on Texas Tux I went ahead with the new MacDaddy dash rewire.  Even laying like they are on the floor… everything is connecting and if I had the senders changed it’s wired and ready to go 1.9.18 morning 1 Today it’s the passenger side dash skin getting ready to install the dash shroud….stay tuned on that…….

Hey just stay tuned to see what else we’ve got going on.  This page started to give customers a view of the progress on their coach more than 15 years ago…I’m happy you other guys are also watching all this…it’s what we do..

And again some gratuitous advertising……if you want straight talk and honest work on your GMC….specialty car….vintage trailer or hey, maybe you have an ambulance you need remounted…we’re your place…it’s what we do and isn’t it a better thing to have folks that can do many specialized things to work on your object of frustration?  We are heavily booked right now but you can get on the list and anything can be done.  Help us and help yourself…..give us a call.

We have 2 projects that have been in mothballs that are now cranked back up…… Paul M.  rear hatch opening 23′ coach stretch to 25’… the 2′ was added at the rear window…the rear windows are now full sized.  Wht stretching a 23 to a 25?  Good question but it puts the entry door forward giving the entire back available for equipment when travelling… this will be a small band road trip truck…..  pretty cool!Paul-in-the-lot-2Yes, this rear hatch lifts  Paul-finals-2stay tuned while we get the project back in our rotation.

Thanks for dropping by… hope something made it worth coming… stay tuned for more fun and thanks for your visit and support…..
