Mornin guys, let me first get the days subject in before:
Well guys, Chauncey is on the road Understanding many could not take the time David has hanging around with us, making final decisions and at the same time learning about his coach… I really feel it was time well spent for him never having a motorhome you just need to school yourself before you hit the open road. So David did that and I feel comfortable he will enjoy his coach more now that his reality is jibing with expectations. He knows what to look for, what things mean.. he will know the temperature of all wheels, my bet is he will never run out of fuel after helping us push a dead soldier in the lot!
Didn’t get any shots of David, his 2 travel companions…. 4 legged…. and Chauncey with the promise David, being a rather accomplished photographer, would send me good shots on his journey home to the Ventura California area. He’s taking the long way home I understand so I’ll be sure to post pics for you so we can be with him on his new life with his GMC Couldn’t resist a photoop with my bike… it’s pretty close to the same dark green
.
Bon-Voyage Mr. Green and Chauncey the Gardner
Moving on and that’s just it … the beat goes on…. Otis is coming in today to pick up his recent purchase coach after a thorough mechanical checkout, a new headliner .. you know the bare necessities. I’ll do pics for you… this will be what you guys should expect at a minimum when you buy a GMC… you MUST do the mechanicals and look… if the headliners is well… shot just close your eyes and write the check… it’s gotta be done sooner or later and all the deteriorating foam in your lungs well…. there it is. Man, dig that crazy brush bar up front. This coach looks ready for the Outback! Stay tuned on the trim out and delivery of a recent purchase project…
OK, it’s abut to break loose around here so I’m gone. Thanks for dropping by… I may be giving you some neat news tomorrow… see ya then….
