Wow…..Who WAS that masked man! Thanks for the notes of support, one good friend noted that must have been the “Co-op meltdown”…..I’d just say something has to change to move forward….

…….and forward we ARE moving!  I’m better now.  We are formulating new arrangement to our Q to both put teeth into it plus help all of us preplan to be more effective, stay tuned as all that rolls out for future project.  Customers with projects already in house will be even more targeted which all of thus we hope will add to our efficiency….lets see…..

So did ya see the last pic posted yesterdayEvery time I see a coach with the door off I feel like I somehow it’s a helicopter and I need to jump out!  So why is the door off of the Green Machine?Watching one of our latest set of videos on door straightening the benefactor owning the coach recognized his foot too needed some of that love wanted us to straighten out his door.

If you review that process you saw that if we’re not painting a coach we normally do not replace pins and bushing to not mess up the paint on the hinges…..well, like every rule we had to break that rule…. The bushings we so gone that the hinges finally were damaged…look at the movement in the lower hinge bushungs……….Like I said though, the wear was so bad the hinges were damaged needing that hinge replaced from a donor coachYou can see above how mangled the lower hinge was, the donor hinge to the right gets the new bronze “oilite” bushings and grade 8 pins……..  And just like that….booom….. Progress on this project had to stop to paint the hinges…..see, another 3 days to wait (I hate that word….wait) for the hinges to get “green machine” green color…….The first thing after the meltdown has contributed to our time….ok I’ll stop!

Hey but the owner was right, his door needed the love.  hey, it’s how things progress….slowly!when the door gets back together the rest of the door straightening process can continue.  The end product won’t look much different from what it looked like before…..just will open correctly…..stay tuned.

Ricky and Robert has been pushing to get Ron’s bogy pin replaced.  Something we missed in the 2 1/2 year work on this full restoration the pins are new, wheel well trimmed out and the quad bag rear suspension installed……a little closer to delivery….stay tuned here too……YES… Over 2 and 1 half YEARS……Yes, I DID say this project has been here going on 3 years….but look at what was done!…….……………….all wrapped in 3 process white pearl paint wet sanded to 3000and that’s what it takes to build badass!  Watch are this project comes together…..So I hope we can all get past my meltdown and understand more what this is all about.  We’re editing a new video over on “Motorhome Rehab Ranch about this so stay tuned for that.

Thank you for caring and hanging with us…trust me we want to do more and were going to find the combination to success…..come with us.

See ya later
