Wow, 56 degrees, I’m sporting a jacket to work! …….

……. Looks like that heat is over.  Bout time!……

A 1 wire alternator, starter….you know Chevy starters have to be shimmed…….what a pain!  Everything on the brakes are trashed but we’ve found all the parts.  Measuring for a water tank today, these coaches ARE nice but we have so many GMC’s wanting love this will be the last Airstream for a while.

as most new vehicles, the front fan on the condenser comes on when the new design dash AC is turned on.  These are the fans for the radiatorthis off shelf twin fan box is on the back pulling air thru the off shelf aluminum radiatorno custom, chrome, led lights…..this is a factory oem twin fan box……can be replaced just like the off shelf aluminum radiator.  Fans, circuits, aluminum radiator, hoses etc kit should cost around $1000.  No fan on the motor anymore, no rotted fiberglass fan shroud, no hard radiator cap to get to…….its been a long discovery but this cooling system works!  AND you can find replacement coolant system parts at any shop…..very cool!  Call if you’re interested and get on the list, we’re not as yet shipping this kit……but soon!

A remanufactured starter and a new reduction gear hi torque starter………why not?  Less current drain on start, spins the motor with no problem and no modifications so you can still reinstall the original starter if you like………no downsides…well it is $230.  I think worth it.  Stay tuned……

Another motor getting intake manifold exhaust crossovers blocked, the next time you see this motor it will be together with FiTech fuel injection………and Eleganza guards our progress.…….

So the day is on…..see ya tomorrow and thanks for dropping by
