The New Co-op: What we all do on our days off………

And what does “day off” mean!  If you can say this you are truly doing what you want……. at least I like it when I can feel that way.  You can’t LIVE there but you can always want to try for it.  To me its why I do things.

So you know what YOU do at those times but do you know what other people do on theirs?  I think if folks around me enjoy those times too then maybe you’re where you need to be!

So around here, the guys here are here for way more than the pay………at least I offer the perks that attract the folks that could put themselves into insane work like the stuff we do!

We offer daycareI mean look it up…….”Nanny Dog”……Eleganza is the perfect babysitter for Zoey while Phillip is working on a buddy’s car on the lifti mean I Dr TWO valuable perks right there!  And Arther he’s been with me the longest……through thin and thin, he has become a valued worker and a real friend.  Aether is main breadwinner for a host of family and he’s always here.

So what makes Aether happy?He has a fetish for motorizing bikes.A little 49cc 2 cycle 1 lung….with a big enough gear on the wheel can give you extreme fun at 20mph!He keeps a cart with his lawn maintenance cart with his mower hooked up to the bike he’s a substantial object moving through space doing business!  Youdw have to see the full rig!

Double Bonus Perk!  See…..THATS how you attract bank pep quality workers!  Jason lives next door in a building…. Brian has his Dodge van backed into a spot at Camp Co-op and as for Jeradthere’s several more of those outside as well as a selection of trucks, jeeps and cars.  Oh and lets not forget the 5cyl. diesel powered CJYour honor I rest my case!

THESE are the things that the guts who do this kinda work need to do stuff like thisThe EM-50 is in the finish bay, Ron…you are in the intake bay and Jeremy is on the ball!…….

Yep, you WANT to have people like this working on your coach, we are a family here at the Co-op…..the company has become what its always wanted to be, a good ole style motorheads hippie commune!  Travelers come in and out of our world but we are here and the beat goes on…..
