………So what does that mean? Not the only but one of the things I missed the least about walking away from the retail environment was the constant stress of killing yourself because the retail customer expected you to do that$ The customer is NOT always right! No, they are not……they come to you for something why….because you were supposed to be the place to go for the customer to get whatever it was that they came to see you for but because they are the customer they control the conversation telling you what was the best and on and on. Hey, you came to me to get it learn something new…….don’t talk, listen!
So now after 28 years of doing the same thing some folks still try and come to me telling me what they want……..I can now choose to work with them or not. The days of being pushed around doing things I don’t believe in are gone.
No more looking sleep, stressed 24/7, putting up with seriously stupid people with the intent on ruling your life as well as theirs is over.

as part of her responsibilities whenever a customer comes into her domain, she makes sure everyone is playing safe. Eleganza is a true professional taking our safety and security seriously sticking her nose into everything…..its her job and we love her for it
again, she goes her own way doing things in how she knows to do it……my guys do that here too
at ease in his work…… Thets what we want, want come to the best outcome and what you want when it comes to working with unique machines we work with.
Folks who try and micromanage this work will not come out with the best results and one of my New Years resolutions is to insulate myself and my men from unreasonable customers and project I simply don’t believe in. Here is one we are rejecting after years of trying to work with an unreasonable customer
Without a clear vision, the ability to refuse to do something that is unreasonable, the money to do the job right and the communication between use and the customer we cannot go forward and this is not the only project that has a lack of these things.
We no longer will cater to customers who can’t work with us. There are way too many coaches with reasonable owners who want our work and we want to be here for those folks.
So 2020 is starting off with the “New Co-op” at full speed and finding this is where we should be. Work with us and anything is possible, don’t and you’ll need to bother someone else.
