Rrepatriated after an 8 year driveway sleep, we had maintained the coach 10 years before its sleep, Its gratifying bringing this coach back to the road. It made its owners happy for a decade….took a subatical and now back with all the updates needed to be reliable again……THIS is what you want to find. Many good platforms are out there.
But guys be fair, stealing one of these from their past stewards, Karma will not be on your side grinding a deal for one of these. If you find a coach that works for $10-20,000 that you like…….shake the man’s hand and buy dinner. Buckets more than that had been lovingly offered to keep the coach alive. Recognize his efforts, the initial cost is nothing compared to what maintenance and updating things to safe safe and reliable. Make the experience good at the end for him and good for you at the beginning of your journey……or be selfish and Crap on him…..your choice but paybacks are Hell!
