The Late Night Anomaly

Talk about dedication! Three hours away from the shop and the unexpected, never happened before, happened….. three hours later and another three hour drive back to the shop everyone is finally caught up on sleep and Jason officially made it to Texas. Whew!

That brings back memories of when Jason came to help change the ForceFuel internal 2″ hose that had burst (before they replaced those hoses with Ethanol resistant ones!) during one of the test drives. Wasn’t 3hours away, more like 30 minutes. Evening turned into night, and it was pretty dark by the time we were finished. But at least I wasn’t trying to figure things out on my own. Sometimes the unthinkable and the unexpected happens, and these guys were there when it was needed.

On the other hand, there’s a perfect example of how damn convenient that serpentine + electric fans + moved-up aluminum radiator setup is, when you can just sit inside the engine compartment, have great access to most of the engine, and work on whatever needs to be worked on.
