she paces from fence pole to gate shaking the gate watching for a lizard to jump.

All the trip to Narcoossee and back how were all looking forward to shifting gears at the shop. A managing coordinator will start off tomorrow with our goal to be more effective on our work.
Jason should by flying in tomorrow morning after we did out first “take-a-tech” delivery to Texas. Concept is after so many improvement you need a real hands on instruction as well as watching for issues and make adjustment on the big road trip home. This is something everyone feels is worthwhile and adds to confidence to the project.
No more stressed deliveries…..our hope.
If you want it, we are willing.
So tomorrow we start with reorganizing not to do stuff faster but better and more effective. No short cuts….no more 16.5″ rims learned from the coach above, we learn more about how these coaches are holding up and what more they need. The older they get the more needs to be considered. The face of fringing a GMC back to the road is changing and we all need to change with it.
Stay tuned and let’s see how our transforming goes. We have many coach wanting to get finished and we sure want to finish them!
