The Co-op: Sunrise over the east wall.

This is a great time to be here at the shop….at least for me.  The 6′ wall fan on there enough air moving the mosquitos can’t fly and there’s the sun getting ready to scorch Florida for another daySo yeah, yesterday was the start of our focus to put butts in seats.  I don’t really care how refined or basic you want your vintage charge, I just feel they are ALL worthy in some way.

The Avion was sold yesterdayand will get a look over, the new 53 gallon fuel tank with FiTech and soon it will be up in the Virginia area, stay tuned as we bring this coach to the road.

Coming next up will be the new drive train for this beauty.A gear change to turn those big tires and a roller motor and Monster trans….oh and the 3″ body lift should make this project another departure.  Refinishing this 77 Palm Beach interior to an early Sequoia color design, the woodtone is coming together……This is a new concept, we’re “wrapping” the interior to the Sequoia colors with the same vinyl wrap used one advertising on cars.Jared’s idea and it looks a good one.  Check out the frig cabinet at the door the darker panels will get refinished next…..galley and closet cabinetsand with the padded end panel on, we have the first overhead cabinetsporting the woodtone doorsthe roller bench is filled with this project so stay tuned for more…….

The Airstream we are looking for a new steward for now has 3 people lined up as soon as we can straighten out the firework.  Again, this is something you have to be very careful of when purchasing an old vehicle.  You have to know the vehicle is in YOUR NAME before putting money into it.  While waiting we’re going to do a mechanical review to see what the coach may need to be roadworthy again.  This process could take 6 weeks so if you’re looking to do a private sale verify the title!

Almost ready to launch another day, the sun is about ready to clear the trendline so the heat is about to begin.  See ya tomorrow and keep those comments coming in……..thanks…..
