Remember how I used the analogy of my 1975 Honda Gold Wing sitting then failing on me trying to ride it? The rear brake wasn’t releasing…..so during the day I gravity bleed both systems and heading 3.5 miles home for lunch it felt better…….I even had a panic stop going back to the shop. So 7pm…dark 30 and our 10 hour day is done I suited up for a short, cold ride and guess what….BOTH wheels would not move….the brakes said,”nope, not enough”. Again, fix something complete! Heck, just like some of you out there I have ORIGINAL brake hoses! I’ll hide behind “the plumbers pipes leak” because I’m doing the exact thing I tell you GMC guys to not do. Bet if I went to a Gold Wing forum they would laugh at me…..naaaaa, they’re probably doing the same thing or at least many of them with those that understand would not do.
I’ve counted myself as one of those but look how I am being steward to my GL1000! So if nothing this goes to prove this conduct is human nature.
A guy says to me,”every time I get in my coach there’s something wrong”. I say to them,”get in it more”! So now go fix the brakes on your scooter you dummy!
I have a guy flying in to spend the day learning about GMC’s so I need to make this short…… The EM-50 project is in the big house being taken apart….u have to break a few eggs to make an omemetOk, gotta go…like I said not much time….I’ll catch u up more tomorrow……..see ya then
