The Co-op: OK, for the new post

………Yeah, I got stuck in the weeds on the last thread….how do you keep things easy?

Anyway, I finally got a chance to scrape through my data base for pics of the magic those molds have done.  Again, I know…I’ve heard both those that see the colossal look while others well, like it.  It’s the great thing about America……I’ll tell you this, you will seldom see the back of someones head passing them in something like this  or maybe this  but then there’s always the classic 57′ Chevy look  and all of these projects were centered around this set of molds.  Lost in the mountain of materials coming over in the move, thanks to the persistence of a guy in California we pulled them out and had the shapes cleaned up and now we can make more of these things!  A full set, ready for you to do a pile of body work to hang and blend in it’s $5800 for the set…..plus shipping.

How were they made?  It was crazy
The shape was literally built onto a coach…….to look like thisThen THAT was foam shaped the fiberglass sanded to the perfect shape we wanted  over the entire coach….BTW  THEN, the mold guys came in and made a mold of our lifesized…actual coach “plug”  and we had the shape  From that my molds were made ………… thanks for making me pull them back out.  If any of you out there want to add the ultimate option give me a call.  I will tell you there will be some work getting it on so figure that it….I mean alote of work so you don’t add these and be efficient…theres very little about this look that says conservative!  All that’s missing from the last pic is one of those license plates that says “MOVE” backwards!

Hmmmmm, I could redo my camo and I could do it!  …or not.

so there’s that.  The sales of these will go to restoring the original GMC molds for our future.

Gotta open the shop….will be back
