The Co-op, Oh Lordy I’m late

Seems to be the new politically correct exclamation today.

I’m late sorry but I’ll catch up. Come back later…. thanks

OK, excitement follows a coach finishing up.

Savoy Brown is on that fast track now.  The inside of the front is complete…. don’t know if it’s something you look at and say … cool but I do!  white finals 10

Everyone today wants a “back up camera”, heck all cars today are required to have one!  OK then, sure but lets put it in so when it fails (that stuff never lasts forever) you can get to it and change it out.  Take a look at the small black dot bout the size of your thumb  white finals 4

See it, that small little bump….. Yep, that’s it but how do you get to it to change it out?  We’ve build a rear “cross cabinet” to hide the access hole for the camera wiring.  white finals 5  Covered with the heat activated laminate with slide access doors the cabinet interior coated with a low VOC wood sealant  white finals 6

Installed with it’s lower head pad it looks like this with no camera in sight….white finals 2

With the exterior now wet sanded and buffed out it won’t be long before Savoy Brown realizes it’s purpose in life.

Stay tuned for more…..

That sure is a nice looking rig. So the backup cam is inside the rear window? Interesting.

What is your take on the windshield sun visor? It seems it would increase air drag, no? Alternatively, have you had success with tinting the front window with the clear ceramic? That variable curve scares away all the local installers I’ve talked to…

Lastly, what are the two ball valves for in the picture under the hood? Heater core blockoff?
