This weekend I took a little time off to take stock of last week, my head and what’s coming up. This was my escape missile 
And good news… the launch was awesome and we landed upright just like Space-X! Yesteday I hate to tell you got into the middle 80’s……. please don’t throw something at the screen, sorry bout that but this is the time of year to be here.
Of course this morning it was like 59 so thar *^$#$(&& 96 Harley wouldn’t start! And you think I”M a wimp!!!! The Gold Wing fired right up… probably woke all the neighbors at 5am…. sorry again and after a night of heavy weather I stabbed at the 10 minute ride to work dodging rain but we made it 
Yeah, I know… and why are we hearing this??? Well, from here it leads to cranking up this buzzing shop after all the Floridians here do what us Floridians do on a nice winters day….. whatever that is and now we are all coming back for business.
Did you catch us fire up making that beautiful melody I call the “Redneck Lullaby” with Nic’s fresh roller cam 403 on our checkout stand 
We’ll be breaking it down getting ready to “cram it in the hole”…. oh wait, we’re more high class than that…. we will be conducting an operation which will skillfully guide the power plant into position for mating with the Manny transmission……. See I need to have my words proofed too!
So Nic’s coach will be the next out, here his coach has no drive train… we’ve been working on his interior and getting ready to “foof” the exterior for more budget later 
. .Before that though, The Pickle is occupying our only lift…. his “short block” motor should come to use …. fingers crossed by the end of the day today. We’ll need to assemble the motor.. get it and the fresh trans back in and get the Pickle off the lift before Nic’s operation can scrub up.
Hey, this kinda looks like some of that fake stress you see on those designed car resto shows…. but hey it’s real! Now no one will loose their lives…. I hope…. over staying on a really ambitious timeline so lets say it’s for …. fun? What I mean is how can you hit a target if you don’t know where and what it is? It’s not someone is going to miss their wedding of the customer will get fined or something…. everyone knows when you work on any old thing made by man there will be issues… and time is in a way out the window. We never plan a project to fail by setting “drop dead” deliveries….. sorry but that is stupid and kind of impossible. Guys, whever you have work done on your coach, don’t schedule something in your life based on the delivery date. The shipyard builds a boat but the crew does the shakedown. Hey, I’m just sayin…..
Saying all that though that target needs to be there and so far, we’re doing pretty good! 
. The seats to Ray R. ole 4wd Toyota pickup will be the nicest part of the truck! Check out the new upholstery shop our new floorplan has made 
It’s a hi ceiling painted white room with good hi vented windows away from all the crazy stuff going on in the main building… 
Finally got the side car bike off it’s trailer from last weekend’s GMC Sunshine Statesmen St. Augustine rally. Behind it you can see one of the 2 76 Ford pick-ups we’re restoring. 
The roof still has to come off… Mr. Rusty moved in… but before pulling the cab Jered is adding a little bling to the front.
.BTW, that’s a 351 Industrial Cleveland….
