……………….I mean it’s their charge to prepare us all for dangers and stuff like weather is hard to KNOW what will happen. “Better safe than sorry” makes those folks drill in the publics heads to don’t do stupid stuff!
Then as hoped, the sky doesn’t fall on ya and folks blame the weather guy for yelling the sky will fall……and it doesn’t!
Now comes all those that will say “I knew nothing was going to happen”……….
You must remember in the big picture the time and energy we have invested is small to having serious problem if we didn’t do anything to prepare.
Yes, this puts us behind in our work and deliveries. Guys who this effects….relax, time is relative, quality work can’t be.
I refuse to apologize for taking the time to be prepared and the rock gets pushed again starting again tomorrow. Drew delivered a fresh 455 roller motor to mate up to a Monster trans to mate up to FiTech fuel injection, single fuel tank and all the other stuff to bring a coach back to the road.
The diesel fuel tank is ordered up for the Explorer/Hum V coach…. Good thing we sealed another coach…..look at this weather as a real leak check! The Revcon has its new dash AC and our hydraulic ram for the 4 post lift is ready for pickup so man, Thursday should be rock-n-roll. Weather that follows a hurricane brings really dry stuff with makes work better. 94 degrees means the bad man of summer hasn’t finished burning us…….that’s good and like I said before the bugs were blown away. Give those larvae mature and they’ll be back and from there life will continue.
Sundown yesterday took the last blue skies replacing it with a rain band
A few rain squalls and some wind but nothing like the Bahamas got
Gonna head over to the shop in a bit to check status , feed Eleganza and see if I can do a few things. The guys should be taking care of their family but tomorrow we rock! Ill post a few pics when I get over there……see you a little later……….
