The Co-op: Cold weather, Larry has always let me know

Konda like my knees hurt too, Larry’s air ride system looses it.  I guess I’ll mark that one up as “the plumbers pipes leak”……..hey, it’s cold when that happens …..kinda tells me to get inside!  “Air wants out” and it will all go away If it finds a way out…..call it hydrodynamic or the dang thing just does that, still it does that.  Look at the back lot at the bus station, all the busses are keeled over, squatted or whatever.  Fire one up, give it 10 minutes to warm up and it’s ready to go and work well until you park it for a couple of days.  If that’s how it is with your GMC, I wouldn’t say it’s SOP but I would say it’s not unexpected and it says give the air ride system some love.

Ok, that’s the takeaway for today, now to the fun….oh look, a rare sightingAn empty lift!  Hmmm, I wonder how that happened, this is the “bottleneck” of this place.  If I had 2, it would probably go like putting a goldfish in a bigger bowl!  Anyone have a 14ton lift they’re not using?

An empty lift means Baby Blue is back in the big houseand after Phillip makes sure our fresh Monster transmission hits 3 gears it MY turn to ride………oh boy, I’m riding to Kissimmee and back this morning!  Hey so what’s on YOUR list to do!

And the beat goes on, an empty lift today means THIS bad boy goes on for its FiTech fuel injection, fuel system renew and undercarriage workStay tuned for the progress on this project…….

The beast is starting to look like something ……..What exactly that’s is may not be a parent but u can’t say it’s normal!  I especially was delighted when adapting the V8 Mercedes air cleaner it became a “Shaker” hood, something I had always wanted from childhood  With the B&M Shifter now connected and doing its thing soon …..we ride!so I can hear it now……WHY?  Well beside keeping the guy engaged which is important to satisfy a team like we have we will be able to actually performance test a complete drive train (motor &transmission) before going through the 30 hour R&R process.  Besides, I always wanted to do it….is also reason enoughSTay tuned…..

Ok, it’s a Monday, going into the last week before Santa drops by were trying to get a couple of coaches done.  As always the are no delivery dates but you have to see a target to hit the bullseye so Dec. 25 is one for us.  This means the next 4 days will be busy.  Its hood working weather……below 50 means u need to work harder to stay warm.  44 this morning with no rain today means we’ll have fun today.

See you all tomorrow which BTW, looks like we’re hovering around 1200 loyal followers a day.  Thanks for the support, I’ll do my best to say something…….
