………….I posted yesterdays piece on body issues from Janie’s beach house in Ormond by the Sea to watch Bike Week, if you didn’t see it give it a read. This is one of the issues we have found that makes our coaches so hard sometimes to keep water out. There are more to which today we have a water leak mystery to solve. I’ll try and do some pics.
Before heading out, I spent a half day at the shop with Jeremy helping us catch up on some paint workhe gets in there…..cranks up the tunes and away he goes. You can see the EM-50 project in the background to the right. I think the coach is going into color soon……stay tuned.
“L”….short for Eleganza has settled right in as our shop dogShe is great with people….not so much for other pets. Is there such a thing as an alpha female? We have one, she has a mean sounding bark and when the shop is closed she really is on duty. She meets me at the door…..knows all the sounds outside already. A shop needs a dog………
So there are only days to get our coaches going to the rally ready. Whatever will be done to the Mercedes has been. This project…tool….fun machine will probably never be “done” but it’s ready to be seenJared’s “Tin Soldier” is down to a 1 window punch listbtw, all 6 air bags are down and check out the flat roofline with a diamond plate reflective roof so the black bed liner sides would not melt off!the rear profile is pretty new tooNow our world turns to Ruby to get her to her debut………
Her LED Angel eye headlights are in…..this week is it for the ole girl…….we still have incoming job like the leaker so yeah…..its gonna be a busy one!
Right now for me, before 8am its the calm before the storm. Should be a full team….Phillip is checking ground clearance on bringing Tin Soldier out for the first timeYes, it will move down there but this is driving status on himWhat may some be doing to our classic GMC? Things like this are already happening, come see at the rally.
Ok, I’m taking a quick nap before the alarm sounds in @ 45 minutes…….see ya tomorrow..
