The Co-op: And the Release of it all

You know when you are on something that all but takes every moment of thought and labor…when it’s done…you think but it’s not REALLY done until someone you don’t know says that’s pretty nice….right?  It’s what pushes the lucky few who all allowed to make mistakes ….. today is a bitter/sweet day…coming off such a high as you will see Janie & I are attending a funeral for a dear friend of Janies who she know longer than me so that’s like prehistoric for me.  We all know this will all happen to us all but if each time it happens to you it can mabe get you to be just a little better then that life was certainly not a waste……

But we’re talking about this  in the Daytona Convention center.remount 1 54 There were some pretty badass fire machines there but I had eyes for only one!  remount 1 56  remount 1 55.

This one surrounded by the best in the business  remount 1 53 Made them all smile with the RGB strings of LED lights on the rocker guards.  Hey, maybe a little silly but none of them had done it yet! BOOM!  We Win!  AND we did a general 90 day build in 30 days!  Rock Stars every one of the guys!  I love to be that underdog that shouldn’t be there but we are in a big way!  We’re partnering with Statline Industries in Jacksonville on this new venture…….. hey, we are offering shares of stock in this…..just a thought….but I’m listening……

Came back to the shop late…….wasted after a day of smiling on your feet and there was Phillip and our new UTI student worker mounting our fresh 455 roller cam motor to our 1966 Toro front clip run in stand  Eidson motor 12 WHAT AN AWESOMe THING!!!!!  I remember when I was a young whippersnapper like those 2 spending an evening… some country music playing having all those tools….flork lift, fresh motor to be set up to in on the ground……”old school” now they call it?  Guys, it just don’t get any better than that!  The way it’s done!  This is what I’ve always wanted this place to be!  And to get meaningful outcomes from something that comes naturally ………  Man, that makes our shop a form of paradise!  Eidson motor 13 with my crashed painted black and covered by 4 big fog lights Suzuki and our new kids survivor red Porsche ……I think he’ll get along just fine here!  …. coming in this morning we have 1 spot open….oh and we CAN take 1 more big rig so that’s 2 places to come to the warm country for $10 a night with 50amps!  1.20.18 morning 1 Oh and I didn’t get bad reports from our first beach house guest so it’s $50 a night at Ormond by the Sea….check on Google “42 Alamanda Ave….Ormond by the Sea.  Call me if you’re interested.

No work today, I want the memory of Melany to sink in but a walk through the shop is relaxing so here I am….what a crazy ride this has been and I see another rise on this rollercoaster track…….. see you Monday  remount 1 43
