The 😎 Co-op: (Updated) Yep …this should be starting my recovery from the week

…….but yesterday spilled over and I fought a few pieces.  Another intake on a pretty challenging project…….🎶 and the beat goes on……. Just in time, (and you KNOW I forgot to take any pics!) this baby took on home yesterday to its new forever home with a very worthy young new stewardI couldn’t get him to be in this pic….a rear bath late 23″ Birchaven.  A budget (get reliable) project, as you can see 16.5″ tires BUT as a trued and balanced rotating assembly we can achieve with out Amermac 711 tire trueing machine…..pretty rare…. We can even make older steel times with new tires ride smooth….. Has a carb and went through its paces pretty well.  Under heavy acceleration the carb bogged out at first but after driving it smoothed out …..but of course there is a big “watch this thing” tag on Mr. Q-Snot!  Timing chain, intake blockoffs, water pump of course and there’s other stuff but I had Tranquility Base call to let me know the Eagle had landed home in Tampa so THAT love affair can now begin.  Now you see why I wanted your pic…..Dad and his daughter……

Had a chance today to ride over and check on the “Mold Colony”
These are the molds you may remember us having industrial scanned last year.  For all of you “newbees”, these are the molds GM produced that made all the outer body panels on our GMCThis is the underside mold half of the front nose panel of your coachThat a the outside of your wheel surround panel to the left and the inside front roof panel at the center of the pic.  Yes….they are all thereAll there hanging out waiting for what’s next……..whats that?   Let me get back to you on that…..

So as any of you know who have worked with any non profit or enthusiast group, there are some who add and on these associations of like mined people to make a splash… to stand out and be recognized as one in the know……. I callm’ “Greyhounds running for that rabbit”.  What each one one their motivations are there’s no telling but many time you find them step of other people to rise above the crowd or there’s a dozen other ways to define them but let’s the use say their pageants may not be the same as a all of ours.

Took me a long time to accept this being one of those ole long haired red neck hippie freaks from the 70’s. but talking heads like those are out to do things to you…take things from you but the best way truly to react to that I have to quote the Fleetwood Mac song “Hard feeling run deep” you just “go your own way” .  Another good one from “Roadhouse” is “opinions vary”…. I do like that one.  But anyway, seriously, if any of you hear something obtuse that doesn’t sound right…..as my Southern Baptist preacher told me when I asked him is something was wrong……Well son, if you wonder that hard enough to ask me it’s probably at least not the best idea ……and if you would like to ask me anything my direct cell phone number is 321.299.5707.  More big issues could have been avoided with better communication.  Guys, I am what you see and like it or not….no shallow minded, self centered self professed expert will change me!

And with that which is probably way too much I need to redeem a coupon at Boston Market for dinner…..see ya
