……… There is a registry collecting VIN numbers of all known still existing GMC’s. If you have not contacted Billy on the “Classic GMC Motorhomes”. This one will be welcomed back into the fold.the number to the left of the “V” means this coach is a 1978 model. The last 4 digits tell you the production of that year. Yes, this is the first coach built the last year of production! Cool and this Transmode (no windows) will be offered soon to build up a most unique coachmaybe not loved as much, he’s had a hard patch but it’s still here. I’d like to recognize Jerry P. for finding this rare machine and helping get it back into the community. We’ll do our part too. Interested is building up a coach like this…..gimme a call.
Wish the family well driving this 84′ Revcon to New York tomorrowWow, that’s a BIG road test! Everything looks good, we’ll know soon. I don’t recommend doing this………the coach really needs to prove its worth carefully but this beauty is getting a trial by fire………. Really, let’s wish them luck…..
Pulling the intake on Lynn’s coach yep……. the intake
is cracked between the large secondary ports on that thin part of the casting.
Good thing the decision was made to go in. Stay tuned as we put the coach back together
Gotta go, see ya tomorrow………….
