The ๐ŸŒ‹ Co-op: In an effort to catch some folks projects up to date and let them see the progress……

………. I’d like to go over a few more things like yesterday.ย  I entire reason for this blog is to keep the fire alive in our customers while we give our love to their babies.

Not much to see when mechanical things are done, here’s a motor, intake treated, I believe a fresh carb , tuned and road tested ready to goOops, that’s the 6.5 GM turbo-diesel in Ruby……heres Luke’s good running motorlike I said…..not much to see but she goes.ย  Springfield silicone oil fill elbow, Sanden ac compressor, correct paint color, new plug wires is all you can see…..trust me there’s more!

Ron H. coach is in the cocoon, DA sanded and close to colorthe lower grill valence was damaged from the usual body spread (chipmunk cheeks)Jeremy will pull in the pooched out front fenders then reinforce and remount the lower grill valence you see there laying on the front frame Crossmember.ย  The nose will then be DA sanded, prepped and primed for color.ย  The rest of the work is done to a “Jeremy perfection”off the ground and sealed from the back forwardJeremy Danes the firewall to bare metal which will also be refinished before it all head back together

45 years of good intentions from 2 electrical engineerswe see and deal with stuff like this all the time.ย  With as much undocumented and added on electrical system, it will be faster to simply take it all out putting what’s needed back in…..here’s the driver sideย and there’s more in there ….heres 2 pics of the passenger sideI have no idea why there is that blue electrolytic capacitor is for….wow

And man those batteries are hammered in there!ย  It’s not as bad as it looks but the first step is to take it all out.ย  Stay tuned and watch the “diver down” event.

An exterior radish we did almost 10 years ago now…….man time is flying!….forgot to get a pic of the together 403 but Nelson’s motor is back together and home now after blowing a head gasket, a head cleanup on both, an intake cleanup and block off plates his baby is back in the black……..and light gold metallic!…..

JD’s coach is in for some freaking.ย  This was a restoration we built out @ 2 years ago…..was at the Taly GMCMI convention last year….

Hey, think the guys wear eye protection when cutting wood?…ย  You betcha!…..
