ThešŸ Co-op: Glad folks can see how important the fuel delivery mods we are trying to improve.

Ah, you picked up on our continued progress on reliable fuel delivery when fuel injecting our Motorhomes.

This work must be done with help from customers field testing and improving the system as we get smarter.

After much work with FiTech directly, we are now a dealer for them and working closely with them several new things have been and are being discovered.Ā  For those that support and work with us, these new mods can be incorporated to make all of our fuel delivery systems better.

So what’s the big breakthrough?Ā  The inherent problem with a 4 1/2″ deep tank is slosh.Ā  You can run a fuel injection system pump dry taking a turn with less than 1/2 tank of fuel………this holds true for our original 2 steel tanks and even in our new single aluminum tank.Ā  There’s not much you can do to cheat physics.

But there now is a way to keep constant fuel pressure to your fi system.Ā  FiTech old “fuel command” didn’t work well.Ā  Just like us, understanding how to incorporate this new fuel system idea one thing as I said you must have constant fuel pressure.

A carb did this with the fuel in the carb float bowls.Ā  Even if the pump sucks air, the motor will run off fuel in the float bowls to get you around that curve.Ā  Now with FiTechs new “Forced Fuel” unit, your original really reliable mechanical fuel pump fills a .4 gallon “powered surge tank” that delivers constant fuel pressure to the throttle body even in sharp and long turns.Ā  The unit recycles fuel from this powered surge tank back to the main fuel tank to keep the fuel moving and cooler.Ā  Dead heading pressurized fuel to the throttle body keeps pressure up so no matter how your fuel sloshes, the fuel injection system runs from the force feeding fuel system.

Now that naysayers who has his nose bent about our working with customers to perfect this system can choose something else to whine about.Ā  His too can be better with the new “Forced Fuel” system that’s now available.Ā  And if it shuts him up just think how well it will work for folks who are driving normally!

The unis was installed in the engine compartment right next to the throttle bodysorry, bad pic but it’s mounted on the engine compartment floor under the driver seat…….easy to get to and close to the throttle body.

If you are sporting a FiTech fuel injection system and understand how this new mod can help, give us a call.Ā  Now as approved dealers for FiTech we are able to better help you with your FiTech issues.

FiTech has been aware of the fuel starvation problem and have come up with the fix.Ā  Their first “Fuel Command” delivery system had some issues, they addressed them and have helped us reach our goals.

If you want us to help you integrate this into your coach…….the nay sayers says he’s smart enough, he should be able to figure it out himself without having to lower his standards and appologize for being so contrary.Ā  See, I try to help even folks who don’t like us…….. No apology needed just simple working together makes thing happen, many times our ego gets in the way.Ā  Bottom line is its sometimes not easy to incorporate new ideas in an older vehicle…….you must work hard to solve issues…..being mean to others makes you a mean person…….dont do that to yourself.

Fuel injection in our classic motorhome is only a good thing, why do you think all vehicles today have it.Ā  Time has come…………

Too much talking, lets GeT to work………see ya laterWe’re learning “electric” from the ground up.Ā  Meet our new mascot……..stay tuned!…………
