And now to my bewilderment, the office computer will not load! Douuuuuu….. and and and. Ralph doesn’t like reverse this morning……..Dang it’s hard to be me! We’re Loosing our important communication lines. Oh yeah and thanks for the 4 of you who called me…..thank you…..to let me know the web site went down yesterday….. What’s going on…did I upset big brother?
So let me get the phone charged a little more or we can get the lap top to load. I AM here now so I will ‘ve back…..its a matter of principal now!more about this later…….
(Update)
So I’ve STILL got only 47%….I need a new phone!
Whats that above? Yep, Ricky is replacing bogy pins….with Robert helpingthey already have the brake plates off, cleaned and loaded…ready to go back on
these guys are seasoned “ranch hands” getting this project in and out.
after the cleanup, there IS some surface rust under where the bogy is connected to the ladder frame
most of that is dirty grease. Those KYB shocks are hanging in…..eyelets are good and the seal is in fact. A good testament…… Still original air plumbing, not sure if there will be changes there or not.
Many times in this application it will be specified to install a simpler all new air ride control system. When I say simple, putting air when needed in you rear suspension is a mission critical system……and here we have been, patching up that old system….. Remember, old parts fail and KISS is the way to go with mission critical systems and this coach…getting a Quad bag system too, he will have all the backups/countermeasure he should need.Yep, Ricky had to use Mr. Rd Wrench to get the bogus apart and pins out.
and then a big hammer for the hat bushings
Scraping grease, everything will be pressure wash and painted before reassembly.
I guess for posterity I spied 4 original steel fuel tanks all by their lonesome up on the cleaned out pallet shelving….and right under then one of the new tanks waiting for installation
see the point here is the guys are trying hard to get a leg up on parts BEFORE we star a project……with parts suppliers out of even basic stuff we have to get the parts before we can do the work! Jason is doing a good job at managing our labor….thanks man.
Ok, so I got a full day posted. Scarlett is download a new Motorhome Rehab Ranch video today so check it out later. We’re trying to get a video record of even basic stuff like how to Jack up the coach and fluid checks…what to expect….stuff like that, hope it helps.
So I.did it….what I stumbles 3 days…..my infrastructure is failing! ?Help Mr. Wizard I’m falling……
Simple video idea: Install rear window using rope. Then reinstall the escape rubber.
I have not worked up the courage to do a large window like this one.
