So i guess for you internet savy guys, the cats out of the bag………

….. Yeah we outfitted Abbey with a program to “shake” our new aluminum fuel tankok… I can hear the first question leaping out of my phone….. Why the Crap did you do THAT!!!!!

More than a chin up bar for Mr. Fit there……. And this one is for you Greg P. and others who have worked with us to get the new fuel tanks delivering clear fuel from the manufacturing “slad” that’s created when welding aluminum.  No matter how good the welder is, there’s always cleanup.  We have switched to the cleanable “first filter” coming out of the tank so we could clear out the slang.

Ok, I hear the next questing screaming out……Dont you clean them?  It’s almost mission impossible…. until now……. To slosh a tank with enough for whatever solvent you have to do a clean job so well that it won’t clog at least 1 filter. So Abbey is a Toddler that a front end loader has a hard time picking up, bolted through the floor on a 2″ steel plate will rotate 180 degrees with up to a 300 pound load in 2.5 seconds………….waaaaaaaa….  Yeah so with a proper solvent we can rotate the tank in such a way and with enough velocity to say “these pipes are clean” as was written let it be so……..

The first shakelike I said….. Greg, here’s the Crap we suffered through.  And through a professional cleaning by people in the business of making aluminum containers and our obvious feeble attempt at cleaning it the best we could…… Brother there it is.  Abbey did good!

so sit back in your chair a minute and think about other things a 4 axis robot with a 300 pound capacity could do.  Actually they the a dancer to the wrist and have her do fantastic stuff!   Naaa, we’re not doing that….. But we can “tumbler clean and coat” other things.  A 4 axis rotisserie for components……… Keep thinking and I’ll get back to you with her next project.

Oh. Btw, Scarlet posted a video of Abbeys rock-n-roll debut on our Instagram page.

Also Btw, some of you out there and even some folks I see on a daily basis may think …under their breath…….that we are “showing off” all the mess around here.  I say in the immortal words of Henry Ford….”A bump is as good as a knock, at least you have their attention”.  Guys, anyone who spends a day here knows what I’m saying……. These coaches are more than worthy adversaries and you need to keep your feet muddy from running around outside the box!  I have a blister on my toe!!!!!!!!

See ya tomorrow…….and there are a couple of q&a videos over on Motorhome Rehab Ranch……see ya later
