…….took off the scrubbed slinky and original poopy pipes walking it all straight to the dumpster……..good bye.
Like I said we did this work a year ago……this week I got this Email berating us the we didn’t offer to give him all of the old pipes……a good 2 paragraphs telling me how terrible we were not offering those old parts……..A YEAR AGO!
I wrote him back ,”please do not contact us further! There are people who try and throw you back on your heals having to defend yourself and then make demands to get free stuff. Just wanted to let you know that if that’s the way you think you can get more from someone………dont do that to me, don’t attack me expecting to make me do something for you. It will…..i will hang up on you and bar you from our property! Ben nice or I won’t be nice! How dare that engineer….others may be forced to put up with jerks like that…..im not one of those people. We work together we’ll…..we do not work at all under stress and rude people. Please remember this, we are under our own pressure trying to move through our work flow….critisism will slow us down and your coach will be ejected from our shop.
I’m not kidding…..we do our best to be nice, please be sure you are too.
So for those of you thinking this is a weird way to support the community……there are”takers” in any group…..we are NOT here for those folks, don’t be that person but if you are do not call us! You cheapen everyone’s experience.
If you hate me for being this clear…….maybe this is a good way to send those folks away……weve seen it all……… Oh and if you hear someone talking down about us or any other specialty GMC dealer…..know THAT is another one of those people who screw up others enthusiasm…..boot them out, we do not need them in our group
