The Full Monty

Lee and his coach are the latest graduates of the Co-op touch.  This 78 Royale “center kitchen” is the stuff that dreams are made of, well at least Lee’s dreams.  A 11 month project, Lee had particular ideas on the paint scheme, interior modifications as well as the fixtures, appliances, colors, A/V equipment and much more.

The dash uses a custom dash build by Mac McNeil, see more of his stuff at www.custominstrumentpanels.com .  , the steering wheel is a custom built 18″ diameter burlwood & carbon fiber beauty.  Victor 18 onclose up.jpg (79655 bytes)  Colors went from the original walnut to light gray and aluminum.  Lee looking back.jpg (61511 bytes).  Features include a new systems monitor panel Lee monitor system done.jpg (63271 bytes) complete with 110 & 12 volt digital readouts gauges, new generator remote with prime circuit, LED readout systems monitor all on the one panel.  The sound system— ahhh the sound system is something special!
Lee AV pana 2.jpg (60433 bytes) Lee AV pana 3.jpg (65088 bytes) we have a Bose “lifestyles” 5 speaker surround sound system with powered sub woofer, the new “flat array” KVH 4 1/2″ tall full time satellite tracking Direct TV system, a combo DVD/Video tape unit all run by its on inverter (entire system will run on battery power!), we have 2 flat screen monitors Lee sofa in.jpg (65845 bytes) the main set is a 17″ wide screen LCD model and the bedroom Lee rear TV done.jpg (64184 bytes) is a 13″ that folds away to the wall Video bedroom in.jpg (53204 bytes)  The galley is fully equipped Lee finished galley.jpg (59237 bytes) with convection/ microwave, 2 burner LP stove, pull out sink faucet, flourescent lighting all wrapped in a modern package.  We have a pocket slider door closing off the bedroom Lee finished bath door.jpg (52895 bytes) and the bedroom had special mods Lee detail bedroom table.jpg (53598 bytes)  Lee detail rear sofas.jpg (59570 bytes) .  It all tied together  to give the look, feel and perfomance of a better than new unit.  The lights, ahhhh—– the twinkies!  here and Lee detail lights 3.jpg (65599 bytes) well all windows had the track lighting the reflected on the metallic blue aluminum blinds to give off a 3D light show.

Detail to the exterior was extreme.  Lee fuel door.jpg (60298 bytes) a 3 color (no paint lines) buffed to a painful slick finish.  Leee finished back 2.jpg (78418 bytes).  “Don’t need no stinken spare tire”– Lee has the 4 bagger Leee finished back 1.jpg (65353 bytes) Twin Zip Dee awnings blend into the paint scheme.
