Rail sealing still

Yep, came in this morning to Kevin still working the passenger rail on the new purchase. Rails-10  Not just sealing the rail his goal is to not have the coach leak water so while on the scaffold on that side of the coach he’s resealing everything he can reach.  Remember it’s much more of a job to stop the leaks than to just seal the rail even though I would say 60% of water leaks come from the rails.  He’s replacing the plumbing vents, sealing the ladder rail standoffs, vents and he’ll be removing and plating over a wasted old gantry style TV antenna   Rails-10  Here is the rail end reinstalled and sealed  Rails-9  Yes, the bond-n-seal is white in color and the entire underside of the end cap and rail is filled,  Kevin has been on the roof for a day now still on the passenger side so understand you WILL spend some time doing this project.

Was walking over to mechanical and just had to take this pic…. hey Bubba, how’s the pipe look… is she long nuff??  David-generator-13 A spoof pic, we bent the last angle in the pipe section, it will be cut off then angle cut down… at this angle you can’t see the last bend.. just a funny shot… oh, this is Chauncey’s Honda EV-4010 in the 23′ generator comartment sideways on a slide bracket so yeah, it can be done…

Got a new direction on the resurrection og Miss Piggy.  Oh yeah, we’re going to do something with this thing Miss-piggy-15  We’ve been offloading crap off her into a liquid contailer frame that RC brought in taking it arounf the road from the back lot to the dumpster waiting for the next dump Miss-piggy-16 MAN… that’s a pile of work!  I think we’ll save that much labor and pick up a 30 yard dumpster and drive the beast t5o the dumpster then Hank can lop off the bent rear section and maybe we’ll have something.  This has been something I’ve wondered about for a while… some way to repurpose a low mileage motorhome chassis… stay tuned and lets see where this thing goes…

OK, I’m headed to Pinellas Power Products over in Brooksville to pick up Ben F. Honda EV-6010 totally reconditioned generator.  We’re building a 12 person wine tour bus and man you gotta have a reliable APU.  I’ll do pics of Paul’s place.  Listen for all of you with or considering to pick up a Honda water cooled EV-6010 or 4010…. Paul is your guru on that machine.  So come with me today for a tour of Pinellas Power Products.

See ya tomorrow… .
