Vintage RV & Motorhome restorations - "The GMC Coop"

You are here: Home / The Daily Pose / Monday started and the rest of the day blew past!…..

October 26, 2021

Monday started and the rest of the day blew past!…..

………..theres episode 2 of steering video over on Motorhome Rehab Ranch.

How to get there?  Google “Motorhome Rehab Ranch” then scroll down to a Co-op video page looking for “Patreon” as the web site……youre there.  Scroll down to “recent videos” and you’re there.  Episode 3 will post in 2 days…..stay tuned…….

windshields out…….Theyre pretty fogged so new glass will go innot only because of the fog but the dash and entire electrical?system will be replaced…..all of this wiring will go away……..and if I’m lucky they’ll let me take it a part……i love taking stuff out!  Stay tuned……

Listen guys, through all of this supply issues everyone needs to relax and make any future plans flexible.  Parts are backordered badly an amount of stressing and getting upset will make things move faster.  Everything is effected…… I’m waiting on 3 roller lifters to finish a motor……there are no lower ball joints.  Window slider felts are backordered and a 20% increase on aluminum hit us yesterday…….guess what THAT effects!  A parts rep was over at our distributer yesterday…..said there’s no grease!  The one plant shut down…..stock up on grease.  Today “just in time” purchasing is now “just in case”…..we have to try and buy stuff now because parts may be backordered later.  A pretty scary situation!  Please don’t blame us for parts shipping delays.  If we don’t have it we can’t ship it. Like I said, relax and don’t set tick schedules…..there are and will be continued delays………believe me though we’re all doing our best, roll with us on that please.

The day is on….see ya tomorrow….
