Vintage RV & Motorhome restorations - "The GMC Coop"

You are here: Home / The Daily Pose / Jason is getting ready for our next Motorhome Rehab Ranch video…..

January 28, 2021

Jason is getting ready for our next Motorhome Rehab Ranch video…..

……….Next our video will show you the CVF Serpantine belt system install and set up.  Like everything, through installing many, we’ve found some unique issues to consider.  Watch for that video…….

I told ya to stay here in warm weather………

Whaaaat….stop it!  Couldn’t help it…its safer too down here!

It lives!  Our last “non GMC project” is moving…….  You might call it an Airstream…but the galvanized tin front and rear caps says this is an Argosy!  So strange but not really in that bad shape I love those VW bus style Samba skylight windows…..very retro…..

Sporting a shoe horned 454 Chevy motor next it gets FiTech fuel injection……. THIS should be an interesting machine when done….stay tuned.

didn’t realize Bernie was together back in the way….remember this Maxell tape advertising program?  In 1988, my stereo shop got the set sent in where you could get a Polaroid of you sitting in “the chair”.  Whatever right?……..

More wood…… Janies Dakota is great when I can use it to pick up the quality plywood we use.  You should never use plywood from the big improvement stores…..…..the stuff isn’t straight!  Cabinet shops don’t use that mess, you shouldn’t either …….. Find a cabinet shop materials supplier, they have REAL wood.

Thanks for coming by, it’s rock-n-roll here at the shop.  Don’t think the GMC is a declining interest…..oh no, we are all being rediscovered………. Go hug your coach, you both will feel better…..and you won’t get Covid giving a hug………see ya later
