I havent done 14 hours in 2 days for SOME time!

……….It was a worthy mission though.  Took me a day to get past it but to get the talent we’ve been relying on for over 15 years has now passed on the unique knowledge to keep true, new sensitized brake boosters for the GMC to carry on.  Ray has forgotten more than most will ever know about power brakes.

Like a brain surgeon with his nurse of 51 years behind him Ray has shown the guys exactly what the brilliant modification that bumps up the output pressure of these boosters. And yes, we videoed his instruction so this dieting knowledge will be preserved.

Not just cutting the big spring short……that really does not boost the output, what Ray does came from a true understanding of the trade.

You cannot buy a booster, certainly not a NEW one that will do what this unit does…..the custom made proper length input rod is properly capturedthis is not an original rebuilt booster, it comes with new metric nuts!  No core that he and shipping…..pitch that old one, now we can make new!and the beat goes on, this is exactly why I named this “Cooperative Motor Works”…….we are all together for the betterment of the GMC Motorhome!

So Tiago’s CVF Racing black diamond Serpantine belt system is in………He and Jason are putting in a weekend out of the Q to make this happenand this kinda stuff too is what the Co-op is all about.  I’m excited for the future!

Gotta take Eleganza for her weekly ride….see you tomorrow…..…..
