I have something i must get off my chest

……….  It may be news to a few but catering to a most exclusively niche market in this age of stack it hi and sell it cheap, no service no anything but price….. This is not a big profit industry…. I mean there’s a reason there aren’t many doing this…..maybe that tells you something.  If this was a big profit center all the cockroaches would come out of the walls to take their share ……. A business man would turn away looking at the profit picture .

So it should be understandable that I would get well pissed off hearing the Facebook talking heads complaining that our toll booth windows didn’t fit and didn’t slide well.  Hey bunky, YOU throw a ton of cash at tooling then invest big bucks to make a production run offering something that had never been done.

I support those who support us!   Some may say I’m being namegative, rather I’m positive that I’m spending my assets toeing and building things that folks appreciate.

So we’ve lost all of the side windows, T slider and the frameless sets.  We have lost the toll booth windows that sold out as soon as we got them in.  At this point, with our economy in the toilet and with comments like I saw this morning my guess is no one else would not invest in something that does not offer a return and you have support of the community.

We move on here doing our best for our customers that patronize us.  We make instruction videos for those that like what we do.  Please be sure you are on the positive side when it comes to supporting the GMC community.

Ok?, it’s off my chest, some will be upset at me for soap boxing something I feel strongly about……others will appreciate were doing good things here….and THOSE are the ones we do this for.

Eleganza was undetured watching for lizards.  She got one and was so excited she ate it…….and threw it back up!  But she keeps searching…. That’s dedication….im happy she’s happy only chasing lizards!

A couple of freshly made 53 gallon aluminum fuel tanks, another improvement we have naysayers targeting.  I guess I should subscribe to Henry Ford’s theory….”A bump is as good as a knock, at least they’re talking about you” ……..

Id rather it be about neat new things were looking to contribute.  Like aluminum radiatorsSerpantine belt systems……fuel injection

quad bag rear suspension

to name a few.  Then there’s the frame gussets, sensitized brake booster, 1 wire alternator and body pads.  So, what’s in your wallet?  All of this new stuff will bring your coach into this century……… Hey, let’s also talk about maserators, single aluminum fuel tank, Epoxy textured interior walls, AA badass in dash AC/ heat system, new steering column, solid surface and live edge countertops, under mount sinks, MacDaddy dash, and until they were lost, side window sets and full length toll booth windows that I want to have again for our customers.

These are the things that set us apart and what were here for.  A fully restored coach will not have a microwave screwed to the bottom of a cabinet and reliable brakes means every parts renewed.  Yes, all that takes time…..and money.  Honestly though, as we get older our time gets more valuable with every hair that turns grey and falls out!  So, what is the rest of your life worth?  Do you want to spend it greasy cussing at your motorhome….by yourself?  Go do all the things on your bucket list and let us mess with the motorhome.  If your time has value, we can do this work and save you the time to do all that other stuff.  It will actually  cost less …..i mean you don’t want Henry Ford’s first car….it had bicycle tires!

So anyway, that what drives our business and our customers.  If you think about it, why do you need to get accomplished on all that stuff!

If you have a coach and just don’t have the time or the expertice, let folks that have done it all before……it just makes sense and supporting us supports the community.  Thanks your your business and support.

Im repeating myself so I havta go……see ya tomorrow……And yes, we now have a commercial printing machine?
