Hey…. 2 more videos in the can

and a couple new subjects………

Help me find a new home for this Crark Cortez, #24 off the lline……first year. I need to drop projects……$500. ……obo……. Let’s just get it to someone to love it a bit

rough, he needs to find someone with one….slant 6 with a 4 speed manual fork lift transmission! ?YOU WANT OBSCURE? Who’s the man for this thing?

During those times there were many attempts to bring everything together…..these were cool and was used in Atlas and Gemini NASA projects.

One if the videos today was on our progress on our frame project, above is showing an original upper A arm adjuster, the turned up edge says that. Doing this work try and save these adjuster bolts…….the new units are soft steel and will spin under adjustment. I didn’t show a clear pic of one.

There in the foreground are the rebuilt bogies waiting for our bolt order.

My coach “JayGee” is ready for shoes and springs. Sealing the floor edge and crack at the bottom of the wheel liner with a rubberized umdercoat

IIf YOU can’t find this, most flexible curing, rubberized undercoat spray will work. Fill the cracks and pours………..then cleanup and sort the spring and adjuster kits so the next session will be hanging it all………stay tuned

………..

btw…..a fun fact…..in putting together this frame we found early frames have a coarse thread on that big bolt holding the relay lever you see. Later models used a fine thread…… We’re trying to use late model frame parts on this build…..large pins, etc.

So yeah, I’m a little closer to get JayGee up and out. Haven’t decides on rims and tires yet…….but I may have some ideas…..stay tuned

Shoulbe a video posted today, ranch hands have a look…….the rest of ya too…..see ya later
