Here we grow again!

I find that if I leave the window open with the AC on high, I can best prepare me for the heat of the day.  The tint I finally put on the Suzuki has to help, the only way you could feel the AC during the day is to put your rist in front of the main vent to feel any cool.  6.6.16-morning-1  Still, with the “feels like” being over 100 say right now…. I fired up both fans already… it was hot inside the building!

So yesterday was torn between finding one last issue in John’s coach which gets picked up today…..  6.6.16-morning-6  A little looking I found a set of roached 46sz sparkplugs with huge gaps behind my fresh timing chain.  Haven’t seen 46sz Delco plugs in a while so replacing them with a set of Delco Rapidfire Platinum #7 plugs gapped at 35 the coach is ready for it’s big final test as soon as I finish plunking here.  Kinda makes we wanna get going here but I’ll stay on task….

The rest of yesterday and probably today too is taking our labor moving into our second outbuilding which contains the paint booth.

6.6.16-morning-8  Took all day to get it to this level of clean which gives us a leg up for today.  This building will give us 5 more bays devoted to exterior refinishing 6.6.16-morning-4  This move effects the rest of the shop bringing us to the next level of palletizing Loose parts of projects so everything stays together and protected  6.6.16-morning-2  We’ll be setting up out palate racks to organize those parts on each project.  “Stuff” everywhere has always been a problem…. we hope…. no stuff in the way will be a long gone problem.  Breaking through that glass ceiling into a real business is a struggle…… follow our progress…

We’re hoping to put into service this 3 phase ventilator now sitting in what is our new coach sales department.

6.6.16-morning-5  Looking from the front of the paint building to the gate you can see the area under those trees which BTW will be wacked back today … hey, we picked a perfect day for yard work!!!!!

6.6.16-morning-3  Yeah and we dug out the ole Airstream Tradewind travel trailer I’ve had packed away for what 10 years of so!  Man, THAT’S going to be fun refinishing…..  thinking of making it a pull along party room….

OK, so it’s off for a test drive….. biggest reason I wanna do the run… the coach has one of the under dash AC units just installed……..  I’m going to empty some ice cube while driving…. see ya later.
