GMC Motorhome: Small typos in “Vintage RVing”

Boy someone is really paying attention!  The front cover on this months issue talk about other Olds front she’ll drive train coaches…….a Clark Cortez was pictured but I said yesterday the Cortez we have is sporting a slant 6 Molar………..the first years of Cortez DID have that goofy 6cyl. / 4 speed manual fork lift trans…..the later models were fitted with our 455 Olds front wheel drive set up so yes….both statements were true.  Also the article I offered about the neutral safety and trans kick down switch mods….the pics are swapped.  No biggie but when searching for the connectors on your coach just know the pics are swapped.  No commentary on the magazine there’s a great deal of effort put into it and there’s much good entertainment.  Thanks Kim for your efforts.  If I’ve confused things, watch the video.

Delivery day……ill show u about it later.

My day off but I’ll post more later…..see ya then

Check out the rig I bumped into yesterday doing the fire safety talk……..I like the gold aluminum…..

That “bussle” box was well built and probably useful…….the same observation was made 40 years ago when it was copied from some popular mechanics magazine!  Still the beast is breathing and holding its space in time!  Very cool sighting……….

Is that trailer a “Silver Streak”? Long time ago friend, now gone, had one and swore it was better than Airstream.
