GMC Motorhome, roof repaint and Powder Coating

A great friend of mine told me he was impressed on how we have gathered together our business.  No brag seriously but he’s right….. 26,000sf facility devoted primarily to the GMC Motorhome AND limousine building and maintenance.  It’s take this long (close to 20 years) but we’re here and I tell you no one can do the complete amount of work we can.  AND we can do it for less…. we’re painting coaches for under $10,000…. real quality , properly refinished…. no brag but you can’t do better.  This is why we are here and those that have coaches with us now know this.  If you want a nice GMC motorhome, not a slg come see us.  Bring your here and we have the right love for it.  Wanna get one, fly into Orlando, we’ll pick you up at the airport and you will learn more about the GMC than you ever thought you wanted to know…. money well spent.

I just felt particularly good about what we’ve done and where we are.  Sure I have folks who don’t like me.. I would love to talk to each one of them… why would you not support a business who has so much devoted to a machine you have a love affair with.  I do too so wouldn’t you want someone like that to work with you on your coach?  OK enough but please do not forget that putting together a facility like this was not easy and we are still working hard to get there but hey… tell me what you want and we can do it.

Yep, that was gratuitous advertising…. if I don’t say it who will?

We’re here to make dreams come true… check out this tire and rim assembly on a GMC  Morin tires 1

A 17″ all terrain tire on a bling rim.  An offset rim makes this 23′ coach a hot wheels design Morin tires 3  I had to see if this monster would clear the bogy box and swing arm…. it does Morin tires 4 and after a 3-6″ body lift we hope to not cut the fenders.  Oh but that’s not all…. we’re totally powder coating the entire rear Morin powder coating 1 and front suspension  Morin powder coating 2  crazy hey…. but hey, we can do that!  Stay tuned for more.

Danavan DA sands the top rails separately before resealing the rail and installation  Roof repaint 8 .  The roof pod off, it and a new visor will be sanded, prepped, primed and painted separately before assembly Roof repaint 7]

The roof stripped and sanded and now with both rails back on we should do the paint work today   Roof repaint 6  As you can see, this is not a scuff-n-shoot.  Someone that does that to your coach isn’t doing you any favors…. this is why you bring it to us!

Hey and we do the samre attention for other worthy RV’s here is a new R Pod  R Pod trailer 2  Actually as far as new travel trailers go it’s a pretty nice thing.  but with no generator you pretty much need to stay in an RV park.  Well…. THAT’s not what the owner wants.  We have a small 2.9K Onan box generator that will living on the new platform we created on his tire carrier R Pod trailer 1  Yes, we can do that too….

And a recent purchase coach gets it’s mechanical checkout before going home mechanical look  This is a coach purchased through our new sales division  (www.NewSouthAutomotive.com  )  The proper paperwork was done, an agreed value insurance policy procured and now we make sure the brake, bearing, fuel system, exhaust, and everything else is good BEFORE it goes anywhere.  Where else can you do THAT?

Yep, I’m in a little early and very proud of the shop we here have created.  I’m not caught up in club polit6ics…… I have and will continue to support those that support the coach but not those looking to make themselves look like they know what they’re doing….. I call them “Greyhounds running for the Rabbit”!  Those of you out there I’m talking to probably don’t like me to say this but I just have no time for tire kickers or those trying to rip off others.  Just as that recent billboard put up by the Muslim religious group about ISIS…. YOU SUCK!  I’ve put up with a pile of takers oer the years… no more!  We are here to help and do quality work…. you know what I’m talking about… loosers get out of my way!

I and everyone here at the Co-op are passionate about what we do.. why would you not want someone like that to work on your machine.  Currently we restorations here in Florida from Utah, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota… no place is too far away to get the best work.  The money you could save by fixing thing people who don’t know what they are doing to pay for the fuel to bring it down.  Take a chance and that’s what you’re doing.

So we are now set up here to do any work you can need… we support you, support us.  Hey and if you have a 57 Chevy stretch limo… we’ve built that too 57-Chevy-limo-2 .  a stretch Hum V.. we do that too Hum-V-bondo-2  and bad ass GMC’s… all over that Cal finals 32

Hey… know anyone else that does all this?  The basic paint work on this coach was under $10,000-  Rails resealed, 4 color base/clear paint … this is the New Co-op.  Want a nice looking coach, come see us.  Eant work some guy who says he’s a guru… not done that before but I always wanted to work on one of those….  biggest thing I’ve ever painted….. are you kidding????  Don’t do it.. if you have been on this page for any time you MUST know there are huge differences in having work done by someone who has done it before.

Sorry but I don’t tell you all this who will?  These are things you must look for when trying to get work done to your coach.  We have an average of 30-40 coaches at our facility at any given time.. we have paint, interior and mechanical people who know your coach and that’s a fact Jack!  We do our best.. we support you sp please support us.

OK, I’ll stop but THIS is what it’s all about… so why did you buy a GMC anyway… to let it sit in the back yard or living under it forever?  Scared you won’t get home from a trip… that may be a good thing… these things are pushing 40 years old…. they need things and we can do that.

See what happens when I come in too early?  Shut me up!!!  I love coming to work every day, I love what we do and I want to do this forever.  Know anyone else like that AND someone who can back it up?

See ya tomorrow…….
