GMC Motorhome, Refinish bath module

Late start… sorry.  You may be happy with the yellowish tan fiberglass bath module in a GM floorplan coach.  During a restoration, anything we don’t touch will look old soto that end…. we fill any holes or damage in the fiberglass 1 piece mold then shoot it with a single stage bone color to match the bone china toilet.  You can mainly find RV toilets in bright white or bone…. for Willie and Nancy’s coach we’re going with bone because of the softer exterior colors  white-bathroom-2

The hi gloss single stage paint is added hardner agents to give the paint a hard, appliance appearance and feel.  We must protect the rest of the interior by draping plastic to keep the spray dust contained white-bathroom-1 Several light coats help prevent runs in the heavy mass single stage paint.  The outcome will match the rest of our “new” look white-bathroom-4

Like I said, the day is starting late for me, with some of the paperwork now finished I need to make this Friday count out in the bays.  I’ll be in tomorrow of course and I’ll try and catch up on the weeks fun.  Thanks for dropping by and your support…
