GMC Motorhome, Now THAT’S a quad bag install!

Gonna be a short one thing morning… rain is here and we need to push hard to keep production up.  Bill D., I have pics on your paint layout, I’ll post that later… sorry but I’m in a hurry…

Guys now THIS is how you install a quad bag system quad bag and POR-15 1 Control manifolds are still needing install but let me just describe what you are looking at.  My 2 young retired military mechanics pick up stuff so fast… MAN have we got a team!  quad bag and POR-15 3.  First the wheel liners were pressure washed and backpainted satin black.  This is a self etching paint that will stick to a turd!  Then they coated the frame, bogy box and arms with POR-15 steel conditioner and rust killer.. gloss black.  New KYB shocks….. if you want that system installed right I have the men that can do it.  Total install time is 6 hours complete.

quad bag and POR-15 2OK I need to get out there Willie & Nancies interior walls are being cut and fit, The roof repaint and refit is ready to pull out in the rain we are getting from this hurricane… what a great leak test!  If the sump pump at the paint shop is working we’ll be able to get in there and me… well I’m really bouncing around keeping all these spinning plates on their stick.  We have rain, some wind but it’s really not a problem being in a steel reinforced contrete column, beam building with a heavy concrete roof..
