GMC Motorhome: Chris, you now have a solid, flat floor

Thic pretty much says it all, the step is squareand the rest of the floor is going to make an awesome platform for the new interiorThis is our first attempt at unloading the weight of the body redistributing it to the new frame gussets suspended at the outer body rail……..it works!

Like that cobbler walking into his cottage finding all the shoes this 7 dwarfs worked all night to make…….. I closed my eyes and it was done!  Thank you Jared, Phillip, Jason and I know Terry had a hand in too. ..you guys are the greatest Didn’t get a pic but Marco came and picked up his bundle of joy too.  In all of the recent confusion we “almost” had his done but missed the exhaust system on his new Honda generator………oops , but the guys hot footed it on and another coach is out there with all kinds of neat new stuff.

Hey and for all you docs out there making sure they keep fingers on my forehead to MAKE me relax, Janie whisked me off to a blues concert so yes, my blood pressure this morning has remained at a tame 127/74.  150 was my normal!

And even getting a little wound up with that Facebook Troll saying it was my fault he chewed up 4 distributer gears…..I still kept things in control.  Those things should not be aired here but I will tell you still I will not stand for petty, immature comments from the peanut gallery especially when they try to down my business or my hard working crew.  We all work too hard here to put up with that.  So if you hear one of those shallow people getting off the reservation don’t you put up with it either.  If someone has a beef with me, you all know my cell phone is on 24/7 and there are no problems if you work through them.  No need to say anything other than “have you talked to Him in person about that”.  I will guaranty problems are only communication opportunities!

Went up to the shop yesterday afternoon to fire up Mutsadies…..it makes me happy and took “l” for a pull.  I would say for a walk but with this solid hunk of flesh that has a thing for other pets, she pretty much takes YOU for a walk!  Good exercise……..Oh, and that is HER sofa!

Tomorrow is a big day for me, they’re still telling me to not pick up heavy stuff but I’ve just got to get back into the battle!  As Steve Winwood says, “but when you’re born to run its too hard to just slow down so don’t be surprised to see me back in the hi life again……”.  I want to get back to the shop…..its where I feel good…….gotta watch out for reaching in those dashes and get cuts……in carrying bandaids with me.  But something has to give and I need to get back to business.

We have at least 6 more single fuel tank projects going on….i see we have a fresh radiator on the cart ready to go in….Ed H., I think that’s yours…….the place looks great, can’t wait to cuss at tools tomorrow.  Its amazing what a little more blood flow does for ya!

I feel great, I remember decades ago my Dad had an artery replaced ( back then it was a huge deal) he told me he really felt great after all that……I now know what he meant.  My big problem now will be to spool up slowly …….I’ll work on that.

And unless provoked, you will not have to be subjected to more Troll talk…..that is unless they screw with me!

Its Sunday so the question is what has Janie planned for me to do to relax.  Yum, French toast for breakfast…..she’s so good to me!

So we made it through all of this and shooting out the cannon I’m feeling great, thanks for all the well wishing, you sometimes don’t realize how many friends you have…..you guys are great, I’ll do my best to earn your trust.

Any Coca-cola memoribelia collectors out there we have the centerpiece for your collection and “Gadabout” is for sale.  I’ve been giving Ralph the Suzuki a rest letting the AC in the Volvo keep things mellow….a really nice classic, comfortable ride but tomorrow we work…………see ya then
