GMC… Cal’s breakdown, continued

Sorry about yesterday but with so much going on and I have to confess I had to spend some time over on “A disturbing issue” on my stories page spending again more time laying out a big wrong that was done to us.  I’m dragging my feet yes on rolling this out… I’m just trying to get this person to have a dialog with me and tell me some things I need to know.  It’s crazy, all the guy needs to do is pick up the phone and all this about what he did will stop to work something out.  That’s what’s amazing me even more.  So later today I will be posting more about the issue so you guys can make you own conclusion.  Truth is you really don’t want to know and I don’t want to be the one to tell you …. but I will so help me make a difference and not for fun but follow this issue as it rolls out.

In the meantime let me get back to the promise and lets look a Cal’s coach a little more…..

Here are a few more pics and some verbiage on them:

OK, you saw this one yesterday….. Cal-breakdown-4 you can see the new driver/ pass. top-to-bottom slider installed but not sealed as yet.  That will happen after his paint work.  Wow, that awning is off!  Cal, we gotta talk brother about that awning… you had rivers flowing around those modo U brackets and oh yea, rolling it out the front lower bracket pulled away.  It’s obvious you had the soft touch figured out on it that allowed it to not fall off.  Roberts deserves a better awning…. lets talk.  Everything is off that will come off for the body repair and DA work to begin next week .  The top rails are off, clearance lights are up… we’re only installing 3 top clearance lights at the middle to give it a  more laid back look to match the driver style….  The mirrors are held on with 2 bolts each right now… they will be replaced with the neat Ragusa cast aluminum arms.  Stay tuned for that… they stick out a little further for better rear view plus their sleek cast aluminum construct man, I like them … you can see the arms on Larry, one of my coaches Larry-fire-Fight-3

Oh don’t look Cal, your coffin storage pod, that camel hump up there is off.  No, the LP door was not left open… the locks have been taken out!   Those doors will get sprayed inside and out so the locks come out.    Cal-breakdown-5

OK, I hear rumbling outside the door, the day is almost gone and I have some plunking work to do over on a Disturbing issue.  See ya later…..
