(Update below) From the Shire to Mordar and back again………

Never saw Gulum…….. I’m telling you, get out on the open road and find the opening of that tunnel ……theres not much time, get out there!

The GMC was not made to sit!  And if your coach has been sitting a while….brother it’s hurting both of you.

The radio in the coach was a Sony quality…..cassette deck with the radio out…..stopped at the Benson Arizona Wallmart…… There’re everywhere!…..picked up a Bluetooth speaker so Pandora could join us, then Dale with his I phone conjured Alexa and we were in good hands…..  It’s amazing how the cell phone network with all of the connectivity devices really makes traveling comfortable.  WAZE constantly told us what to do and what’s coming…Amazing!   I feel all of that is a positive game changer on the road.  Can’t wait to do more of this……..so get out there and join me!

One more thing…… Interstate 10 thru Mississippi and Louisiana has construction that will curl your hair…….. Blowing thru with a beast….cruise set at 67mph, Jersey barriers to one narrow lane I’m saying 10″ clearance both sides and my mind drifts to my pinball machine……..time to take a break!

When I left the security of the shop plans were being made to lace this drive train up into Mutcedes for another drive train run in.  This roller 455 worth have FiTech fuel injection with 4/10 limited slip gears.  Follow this oneI may have some additional posts later….. Haven’t been there in a while…..lets see what’s going on.  Talk to ya later…….

(Update)

MAN, it’s nice to be back at the shop!  And it did not explode!

Draw down of the new in dash AC system sporting a Sanden rotary compressor,l in the CVF Racing Serpantine belt system, new condenser with its own electric fan above the thermostat controlled variable speed 2 motor GM fan box and the 4 row all aluminum radiator…..THAT was a mouthful!…….And here’s Jason setting the initial FiTech fuel in action system.

stay tuned.

Finally, I have the job of tuning the new carb to the Toro drive train in the last Revcon we are working.

The motor does not as year have the exhaust crossovers blocked so I’m hoping it’s no problem……yet.  Stay tuned for that.

Ok so we’ll see ya tomorrow…..
